⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience with this mulch company yesterday! DJ, Audry, and Josh were all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made sure I got exactly what I needed and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s rare to be helped by three different people and have every single one of them be so welcoming and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

Living Earth appears to be under new management. Audra and DJ were awesome as they helped me select some flagstone for my yard. Stop by and check out their amazing inventory. You'll be happy you did. I know I am and I will be a repeat customer.

Very nice ladies in the front. I didn’t know the new policy about debris but they were very kind to still take it for me. Love doing business with this place for all our lawn care needs

I should have paid attention to all the negative reviews about customer service. Go elsewhere. I paid $1300 for gravel delivered for a driveway. The person at the counter told me they will do tailgate delivery, where the truck drives along the driveway, pouring gravel as they go. When the delivery driver arrived, I also told him I wanted the load tailgated. He dumped the load in one pile. It’ll cost me an extra $400 in equipment rental and an extra day of work just to do what Living Earth said they would do. The manager, Steve, refused to refund the delivery charge. His position is that they CAN tailgate the delivery or not. It’s up to them. My position is “do what you say your going to do”.
